Sensory requirements: Warehouse entry: Among the sampled eggs, the number of eggs with incomplete eggshells, pits, oozing, or cracks longer than 2 cm shall not exceed 5%; and the number of eggs with unclean areas exceeding 1/8 of the total area shall not exceed 8%. Warehouse exit: Among the sampled eggs, the number of eggs with incomplete eggshells, pits, oozing, or cracks longer than 2 cm shall not exceed 8%; and the number of eggs with unclean areas exceeding 1/8 of the total area shall not exceed 8%. Truck delivery and factory delivery: Among the sampled eggs, the number of eggs with incomplete eggshells, pits, oozing, or cracks longer than 2 cm shall not exceed 5%; and the number of eggs with unclean areas exceeding 1/8 of the total area shall not exceed 8%. 2. Egg weight grade: Among the sampled eggs, more than 80% of the eggs are in the same egg weight grade. 3. Haff unit: Warehouse entry: ≥72 Warehouse exit: ≥60 Truck delivery and factory delivery: ≥60 Note: In the sampled samples, if the sample has both incomplete eggshell, pits, clear flow, crack length greater than 2cm, and the unclean area exceeds 1/8 of the total area, then it will be counted as eggs with incomplete eggshell, pits, clear flow, crack length greater than 2cm, and eggs with unclean area exceeding 1/8 of the total area will no longer be counted. The sampling method is implemented in accordance with SB/T 10277.
